Meet Yan "Blaze" Snead, assist leader of the underground, aux-cord queen. Blaze was formerly a freelance journalist and media personality on Jersey’s Podcast About Nothing, as well as the Editor-in-Chief of production company Dinner Land Network. She built her platform interviewing artists and entrepreneurs within the Hip-Hop community, curating Dinner Land's Music Monday Show, and acquiring Dash Radio XXL station placements for underground hip-hop artists. Additionally, she curated Whip Sessions and Thirdshift playlists — both highlighting underground R&B and Hip-Hop acts, and independent up-and-comers within the music industry.

Yan currently curates and hosts Clubhouse: Artist Development Workshop, curates Audiomack's "Hometown Heroes: Jersey" Playlist, is the Executive Creative Director of Grammy Award winning producer/lyricist Chase N. Cashe's Can't Buy Respect Agency, and the Head of Communications and Digital Strategy at the Katal Center for Health, Equity, and Justice.
